These terms apply to the use of the TRAVELQOO website and platform, operated by MOVIQOO Tech B.V., trading as TRAVELQOO.

2. Scope

These are website and platform terms of use. They are not booking terms. TRAVELQOO is not yet open for bookings or payments. Separate booking terms will apply to any booking once booking becomes available and will be shown before you book.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Information on the website is general and may change.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, keep any sign-in details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account where accounts are available.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or harmful use.
No attempts to gain unauthorised access to non-public parts of the platform or other users' data.
No automated scraping or overloading of the platform.
No interference with the security or operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual property

The name TRAVELQOO, the website, its texts, design and software belong to MOVIQOO Tech B.V. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except where the law allows.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance or changes.

8. Third-party information and services

Links to third-party websites, including social media, are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer law.

10. Changes, suspension and termination

We may change the platform and these terms. We may suspend or end access in case of misuse or breach of these terms. Material changes will be announced on this website.

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and your right as a consumer to go to the court of your place of residence.
